I. Product Overview
The Wellhead Control Head is available in top-pull type and bottom-pull type.
Applicable Conditions: Standard,H2S service (meets NACE MR0175).
II. Design Features

The wellhead control head offers excellent compatibility with the drilling rig hoisting system. It is designed with two channels and includes a head rod adapter, swivel, and circulation and blowdown features for safety and convenience. The control head has a load capacity of 1500 ∼ 2000kN.

Each assembly undergoes a hydrostatic pressure sealing test at its maximum working pressure before leaving the factory.

Compared to similar foreign products, this device is characterized by its small size, light weight, ease of transport, and low labor intensity.

Types: Double-wing wellhead control head and single-wing wellhead control head.

Rated Working Pressure: 42MPa ∼ 105MPa.
